We have an excellent opportunity to join the Traffic and Transportation team as an Operator Contract and Engagement Officer. You will support the Transport Policy Manager, providing operational and strategic management for public transport. You will have responsibility for managing the supported bus services, including managing the concessionary fare support and boosting usage of bus services within the borough.
You will be able to build relationships with operators, in order to provide residents and visitors with a positive experience whilst using the public transport system. This will include managing the concessionary fare support and boosting usage of bus services within the borough.
We do offer a hybrid pattern of working, giving you the flexibility to regularly choose between working from home or from our offices.
