We have a fantastic opportunity for Trainee Robot Weld Operators to join our clients team based at their site in Sandbach! (No experience required as full training will be given)
Our client is a large fabrication company that prides itself in being able to offer stable, long-term employment in the area. Having been successful year upon year they are now looking to expanding their Robot Weld team!
This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis therefore meaning, after 12 weeks you will be employed directly by the client.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of our clients Robot Weld team responsible for the set up and operation of computer-controlled machines/robots to perform one or more machine functions on steel products.
You'll need to measure dimensions of finished products to ensure conformance to customer specifications using measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures.
Hours:
A rotating shift pattern of:
Week one - Monday to Thursday 06:00 till 14:00 with Friday being 06:00 to 12:00.
Week two - Monday to Thursday 14:00 till 22:00 with Friday being 12:00 till 18:00.
Pay:
Days - £13.23 - £16.01 per hour, depending on skills/experience.
Afternoons - £14.71 - £17.79 per hour, depending on skills/experience.
WEEKLY PAY - PAID EVERY FRIDAY.
Skills/Experience required:
Due to the nature of the job we ask that you come from a metal fabrications/manufacturing background.
