An opportunity has arisen for an Operations (Team) Manager (Provider Services) to have oversight of our in house day opportunities settings, short break centre and supported living scheme.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated manager with a relevant qualification and experience to join us and play a key role in developing and delivering the service as part of our exciting and ambitious transformation plan for adults with a Learning Disability.
The successful candidate will join an experienced and supportive management team and will work in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to modernise services and provide opportunities for adults with a Learning Disability to meet strength based and person centred outcomes.
The successful candidate will be expected to have held registered manager status with CQC or be willing work towards this and have in-depth knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 to ensure compliance of the work within a legal framework.
