Our client based the NEC in Birmingham are expanding their operation and are looking to recruit a Team Leader in their Operations Department.
The Operations Team Leader will work alongside the Operations Manager and will be responsible for a regional team.
Your main duties will be to lead a team of operations staff ensuring all training and KPI’s are met:
- Ensuring the team are delivery to the service delivery agreements on contracts. Reporting updates to senior members of the company and attending meetings. Recruiting staff Ensuring all equipment is ready and available. Ensuring all staff are trained in the companies’ policies. Dealing with problems when escalated The team is made up of customer services and administrators.
The ideal candidate for the Operations Team Leader will have the following:
- You must have led a similar team Have excellent communication and Excel skills Planning and delegation skills
- Strong leadership background Conflict management skills Excellent Customer service Team work Performance Management
They are offering a salary up to 30k with excellent benefits noting the hours are 8am to 5:30pm daily Monday to Friday with one hour lunch.
