As part of the ongoing development of our Trust team to support our establishments, we have a new opportunity for a Trust HR & Operations Support Officer to join our team of professional and dedicated staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • administering the recruitment process including the issue of contracts of employment
  • administering payroll and dealing with queries
  • monitoring and updating the single central record to ensure safeguarding compliance
  • monitoring staff absence
  • assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • supporting with projects
  • clerking/minuting meetings

The successful candidate will be required to support with the implementation of a significant new process later in the year and early next year. This will include being the key point of contact and liaising with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
