Rapport is recruiting an Operational Support Manager who is passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors.

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the Operations Support Manager will receive a £3000 bonus!

The Operation Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Room reservations, facilities helpdesk and switchboard.

The role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am to 6pm.


Main Responsibilities

The role involves but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards
  • To lead by example and develop the current team members
  • To be the main point of contact for the client and the Account Manager
  • Preparing the team rota and supporting with recruitment and HR related duties such as conducting one to one meetings, performance reviews and training new starters.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services, working in a 5-star environment and showing real passion for providing memorable experiences to all clients and visitors. They will also be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and attention to detail.
