Reporting to the Team Leader, BOH Supervisor & BOH Duty Manager. Delivering high performance standards around all aspects of ramp and baggage handling, meeting the requirements of our customers and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times.
Candidate requirements
- Undertake all relevant baggage sortation duties in a safe and efficient manner, setting up flights, using BRS & Brock scanner where required.
- Carry out area hazard checks.
- Carry out aircraft inspections.
- Carry out equipment inspections, pre-trip, daily & weekly.
- Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities or processes to the appropriate Management.
- Carry out Towing, Pushback & Head-set duties, including communication with the flight deck, in accordance with the relevant training received.
- Operate position and remove all relevant company GSE required for our customer airlines, in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant training received.
- During winter operation provide de-icing to customer airlines in accordance with the relevant training received.
- Adhere to company uniform standards that are in place.
- Adhere to company absence reporting procedures that are in place.
Qualifications and Experience
- A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
- Valid Passport
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of address
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance
