JOB DESCRIPTION Operations Support Executive
About this role
Role title: Operations Support Executive (Remote/Hybrid, Midlands Based)
Reports to Head of Operations
Division Operations
Direct reports None
Hours 40 / week
Key Responsibilities The key duties for the role are:
- Assist with debt referrals
- Delivering Operations reports
- Provide support and training to site staff and acting as their first point of contact
- Support with tenant administration
- Dealing with enquiries for schemes using the CRM system
- Keeping internal booking system up to date and accurate
- Managing external enquiries and leads into the central enquiry inbox this includes leads from some third party agents, general enquiries from customers and prospective customers
- Providing support in travel and transport bookings where required
- Collating payroll information
- Managing New Starter administration
- Managing recruitment advertisements
- Supporting property teams during turn around and check in if required
- Ad hoc tasks
Please note that due to the nature of the business and this specific role there are a large number of ad-hoc tasks which occur throughout the year – the JD is not exhaustive.
The nature of the role means that you may be required to work outside of your hours (move in weekends, summer etc). Occasional travel may be required.
Due to business needs the post holder should be based in the Midlands. In due course this role may become hybrid/office based.
Person Profile: Experience:
- Previous experience working in an operations or customer services team
Skills/Ability/Knowledge:
- Information technology skills – Word/Excel/Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously with remote management
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with tenants and clients
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to, and sometime implement own processes
- Good copy writing and customer service skills
- Strong team player, evidencing an ability to establish positive working relationships
- Proactive approach, quick to learn and able to manage own workload
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to cope in times of pressure
