JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Operations Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Support Consultant you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process of mortgage applications and related tasks. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process and manage mortgage applications through to completion.
· Review client’s information, documents and financial data for accuracy and completeness
· Maintain CRM system.
· Support 2 mortgage brokers on a 1-2-1 basis
· Liaise with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Strong organisational skills for yourself and others
· Mortgage administration
· Team player
· Deliver a high level of customer service.
· Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
EXPERIENCE
· Mortgage administration: 1 year (preferred)
· Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)
· Property Background: 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour
