Responsibilities:

  • Preparing load sheets/load plans via SABLE system in accordance with GSAM
  • Overseeing the safe loading and offloading of an aircraft in accordance with GSAM
  • Liaising with external party handlers and stakeholders
  • Liaising with third party shippers
  • Coordinating container allocations to aircraft and trucks
  • Arranging fuelling & de-icing as requested
  • Ensuring on time e& accurate messaging in NMIV
  • Maintaining clear communication with relevant parties (LEJ, SDC, LHR etc)
  • Compiling all relevant reports
  • Conducting dangerous goods checks and preparing all declarations via RCTS
  • Coordinating all crew requests as required
  • Support all the ramp, sort and warehouse duties as and when needed
  • acceptance and clearance of inbound/outbound freight
  • Strict adherence to H&S, GSAM and other authorities and regulations.
