the Cross-checkingHydro Cleansing Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Surrey.
Position Summary:
Operations Project Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the organization's internal operations, as well as managing and coordinating various projects across departments. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively and strong management skills. The Project Manager will work closely with team members at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes and will report directly to Operations Director and Managing Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities: Operations Management:
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Responsible for the personal development and overall management of the operations team members ensuring the smooth running of the department.
- Checking all paperwork provided by Call Centre team, ensuring that the right staff and right equipment are allocated to the correct job.
- Cross checking all engineer’s paperwork and timesheets that are submitted daily.
- Regularly track and evaluate performance against established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify operational needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring payroll is submitted on time, for both weekly and monthly payroll runs.
- Maintaining staff attendance, time keeping and holiday requests for Operations department.
- Assisting with adhoc requests from Operations Director and Managing Director.
Required Skills: The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- 2+ years of operations and management experience.
- A background in logistics or supply chain preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
- Candidates must be comfortable working under pressure and delivering high standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to write reports, memos, and emails required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required; other software as needed required for warehouse operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
