We are looking for an energetic, creative, and driven individual to join our Operations Planning team as an Engagement Executive. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and line areas within the department, to deliver a variety of engagement initiatives and deliver high-quality communications across a range of channels; you will also support the Operations Planning Leadership Team on employee strategy, co-ordinating and tracking the effectiveness of our communication and engagement activities. No two days will be the same – you will get involved in running colleague events, writing comms and newsletters, and gathering colleague feedback; you will also take on the role of Wellbeing Champion, supporting our colleagues every day and delivering our bespoke wellbeing agenda.
