As part of the Network Control team, and the wider Integrated Control Centre, the Operations Officer role works on a 24/7 basis and reports to the Senior Operations Officer on duty. The Operations Officer liaises primarily with maintenance, ground handling, flight crew, and other ICC teams to provide the best possible service to our customers, keeping information flowing, timely communication is the key and proactively managing a fleet of aircraft to keep delays and disruption to a minimum.
Network Control is comprised of a highly dedicated & experienced team with the purpose of ensuring safety, compliance and providing the customer with the highest possible quality of service.. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of Operations Officers to manage a fleet of aircraft across all our AOC's to ensure safety, cost and on time performance.
What you need to do the role
You will need at least two years’ experience within an airline operations department. Be highly competent in Airline Meteorology and have Geographical awareness. You will have sound working knowledge of the EZY OM/A. If you hold a FAA Dispatch Licence or equivalent, we want to speak to you! Knowledge of TOPS and AIMS systems along with working knowledge of EASA FTL will also help you to carry out this role.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton, and will be an average of fourteen shifts per 28 days, the shifts will be 12 hours shifts, comprised of dayshifts and night shifts.
