This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident and proactive Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team to keep our business running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 6 - 12 months of customer service, support or admin experience and is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment, working with well-known ecommerce brands such as New Era, Victoria Beckham and Daisy London.

Our buzzing 25-person agency will be perfect for someone who thrives working autonomously to problem solve and multi-task, enjoys doing both basic and complex tasks, whilst willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever is needed in the business. The right person will become the person the business ‘can't live without.'

What will the role involve

  • Working across all of our client teams to offer support on digital marketing tasks, big and small
  • Working in a small team known as The Global Operations Team to support the global offices
  • Assisting the finance team with invoicing, credit card reconciliations and end-of-month checks
  • Speaking with clients to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Handling IT issues with computers & phones, access to our server or WIFI connectivity
  • Purchasing business supplies to replenish or replace
  • General business administration, such as dealing with banks, phone providers and other suppliers
  • Coordinating “Reload Uni”, our training programme, including setting-up training workshops and monitoring training course completion
  • Coordinating with caterers or venues and organizing company events, whether for external client meet-ups or internal team events
  • Keeping the office running smoothly. This includes booking meeting rooms, ensuring the office remains tidy, and reporting issues to our building management team
  • Learning foundational digital marketing skills such as SEO, Google and Meta Advertising, Content creation etc… by completing customer research, data entry and website reviews

Who we are looking for…

Typical skills and experience needed include:

  • Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word (Style formatting, template protection), Excel (conditional formatting, formula use), Powerpoint
  • Strong computer and IT skills to help with PC hardware and software set-up and liaise with suppliers
  • Down to earth, team player - someone who is happy to do whatever is needed, be that taking a laptop to a repair shop or reviewing 50 ecommerce sites as part of a research project
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for people no matter the task
  • Ability to easily pick up new digital marketing or ecommerce tools & platforms to assist with small client tasks
  • Solution-focused problem solver
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly efficient in time management
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence answering the phone
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is not essential but highly regarded
