Here at Loungers we are continuing to grow our uniquely successful hospitality business through opening new Cosy Clubs and Lounges across the country. Naturally this means we’re always looking for the very best Operations Managers to complement our strong internal talent pipeline. Ensuring that both our people and our communities grow with us, year on year.
We are currently looking for a Cosy Club Operations Manager for our South East sites - Bournemouth, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Guildford, Portsmouth, Canterbury and Chelmsford. You are probably an Operations Manager or Area Manager, in bars or restaurants already with fresh food and wet led experience, looking to become part of the team in a growing company with a big future.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £58,000.00 per year
