Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the FM division as the operations manager for the South East.
This is a mobile role and regular site visits will be required.
Position:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day to day contractual and operational delivery ensuring contractual compliance is achieved within the areas under their responsibility in line with BJF Group policy and procedures.- The Operations Manager will be a point of contact for the client facilities management team to provide technical support and advice to achieve contract delivery.
- The Operations Manager is also expected to provide leadership, management, and development of the contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
Key elements of the role will include overseeing:
- Health and safety
- Operational delivery
- Operations - Reactive and small works
- Financial and commercial management
- Site management
- Employee management
- Stakeholder management
Requirements:
- The operations manager will require extensive experience within and facilities management and/or mechanical, electrical engineering.
- Senior managerial experience is essential An industry recognised H&S management qualification is essential
