OFF FRAMEWORK NURSING AND DOCTORS AGENCY - EXPERIENCE VITAL

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager or Director to join a renowned healthcare organisation within the healthcare agency world. The Manager/Director will play a key role in managing and optimising the fulfilment, new business and administrative operations to ensure the highest level of delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the healthcare organisation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Optimise operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
• Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and vendors.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term growth and success of the healthcare organization.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, including performance management, mentoring, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance is upheld.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management.
• Experience working within NHS/Acute sector and/or Care/Nursing homes.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Experience in budget development, financial management, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation.

Salary: £60,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
