We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager - Estates to join our Property Team in the Dorset/South Hampshire area.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of estates services, focusing initially on managing the external contractors delivering services on Grounds Maintenance, Communal Cleaning, Playgrounds and Tree Management. The role also includes a future focus on leading the insourcing of a diverse grounds maintenance team in Dorset/South Hampshire.
What you'll need
- Strong Commercial Contract management experience
- Ability to manage non compliance
- Strong budget management skills
- A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction
- Drives a strong health & safety focus
- Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence
- Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in our estates and in their work
