Tasks

As a Operations Manager EMEA, you are the central communication point for promoter teams and are responsible for coordinating them at various Meta-events.

• End to end project management of each event request/task that comes across from our client
• Coordination across other teams & Talent Acquisition to secure promoter staffing for events
• Works closely with Meta to determine staffing needs by event
• Participates in weekly client meetings to report out gaps and opportunities
• Owns event trackers

• 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail sales required
• Ideally, experience in an event agency or promotion -
• Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching techniques; positively influence and empowers others
• Fluent or native englisch - and good german skills

• Robust interpersonal communication, soft skills, written and verbal
• Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently
• Ability to show patience and remain calm under pressure
• High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision making
