Customer Service Supervisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor based at our Head Office in Bradford. Our Customer Service function is the heartbeat of the business and is integral to the company’s success. As we look to evolve and take the department to the next level, we are looking for a passionate, fun, lively and energetic individual to help lead and inspire our amazing team of customer advisors.
The Ideal candidate will have a love of food and a passion for great customer service. You must be lively, energetic and enthusiastic in order to lead our team of likeminded people. Some experience of coaching on a team and one to one basis is also essential as well as experience at a similar level in a fast-paced customer service centre environment.
Key responsibilities:
- To help inspire our team to achieve a high level of customer care and problem resolution.
- Be alert to conversations between your team and our customer to offer advice and guidance.
- Be aware of call build up to ensure we are proportioning resource correctly.
- Oversee the running of the department on your managers rota days and periods of annual leave.
- Monitor the companies CRM to ensure issues are being logged correctly.
- With your manager, help to improve the departments KPI.
- Help to develop SOPs to ensure continued improvements in our processes.
- Uphold and encourage the Delifresh Values at all times.
- With your manager, develop and deliver Customer service training sessions and refreshers to enhance learning.
- Encourage and challenge our team to deliver results in various supplier events and initiatives.
- Coach and mentor, our team to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate across teams on business solutions.
