Job description
We are looking for a Operations Manager to directly manage a number of cleaning contracts. These contracts are focused on the delivery of commercial cleaning and specialist cleaning within a given region.
You must have experience in delivering muli-site, multi client’s contracts.
You must live in in the South East .
You be able to delegate and make solutions to problems presented.
- Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services.
- Supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth.
- Analysing the business and production of operating strategies for the region.
- Driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins
- Dealing with client engagement at all levels

Salary: £40,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
