We are a leading solar energy company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our sales, marketing, and installations departments. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall running and development of the business, ensuring that we continue to grow and meet our targets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales, marketing, and installations departments to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are being met.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure budgets and financial goals are being met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure that all employees are well-trained, motivated, and supported.
- Manage projects and initiatives to drive business growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and/or installations is a plus.
- Degree in business administration or a related field is required.
