Our growing firm needs your support to continue to attract and retain our greatest asset, our people. This position requires an excellent team player who is comfortable working with our leadership team and staff to ensure that our recruiting and retention processes are running smoothly.
Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function; including working on headcount planning, full cycle recruiting, recruitment marketing, managing a recruiting team of E3 consultants, and the onboarding process
- Support employee experience, work closely with the leadership team to develop surveys and strategic programs to drive engagement and to deepen our connection to our mission, our work, and each other
- Scale our mentorship, feedback, and performance management systems (Lattice), and ensure that our policies and procedures scale with the company and align with our core values
- Partner with immigration counsel to administer the immigration process for our international employees
- Partner with leaders and team members to implement DEI initiatives
- Trusted thought partner and coach for employees, managers, and leaders across the company
- Report to a senior leader, have significant exposure to the leadership team, and an opportunity to advance at a fast-growing company
Required Qualifications
- You have a BA/BS degree and 2+ years work experience at a small to midsize fast-growing company working in a People Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related position
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- You’re excited to work in a fast-paced environment with great teammates to build the best team and culture in energy
- You’ve got high EQ, excellent judgment, discretion in handling sensitive information, and grace under pressure.
- You’re reliable and responsive, effective with your time, you take ownership, and you finish what you start.
- You care about issues and opportunities related to diversity and inclusion, gender/race equality and fair employment practices.
- You understand the intersection between people and business strategy.
- Minimum: $120,000
- Maximum: $160,000
