International Manager of Operations

Full Description
As the VitalCheck International Manager of Operations (MO) you will be responsible for, but not limited to overseeing site managers and ensuring clinical operations meet our clients and VitalCheck's highest standards. The MO will ensure clinical staff have the support, technology, and training they need to provide the best quality healthcare to our patients. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing SOPs for all clinics worldwide. The MO will create a reporting structure including site metrics, patient satisfaction scores, daily patient volume, and any other required data requested by the executive leadership team, and report to the team regularly. The perfect candidate will possess leadership skills that encourage, incentivize, and energize their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with each site's clinical providers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for every VitalCheck clinic location.
- Oversee site managers and support their needs to ensure top clinical operations.
- Create a reporting structure for each site and provide site reports to the executive team.
- Identify obstacles or site performance issues and develop solutions to rectify as needed.
- Work to increase patient volume and ensure positive patient satisfaction scores.
- Develop strong relationships with our clients and maintain regular communication as needed.
- Responsible for supporting new mechanisms for healthcare delivery and the development of worldwide programs outside of the clinics
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, or healthcare related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of individual clinical operations, or healthcare operations management strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in project management (healthcare PM preferred)
- Experience with developing and implementing a “Best Practices” environment.
- Successful management of direct reports in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics driven environment and deliver results.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to create/implement effective solutions/strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office/ Office 365
