Operations Manager
Vickerstock are once again partnering with our innovative and quality focused food packaging supplier Client - renowned for excellence and its investment in sustainable solutions - with the appointment of an Operations Manager for their Armagh facility.
This is a key role within the business; you will Manage all aspects of the business operations in an efficient and cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with all quality systems and standards.

Your day to day as the successful Operations Manager will incorporate the follow key areas:

What you will need to succeed:
- Third level qualification in a Business, Food or Technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience gained at a Production Management level in a manufacturing environment.
- Organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent people management skills
- Tenacity to get to the root cause of operational issues.
- Ability to demonstrate strong financial understanding and business acumen.
- Working knowledge of BRC, HACCP, COSHH
- Flexibility with regards to working hours with the ability to oversee night and weekend production
Desirable Criteria
- Similar experience gained within Food Packaging or FMCG
