Salary: £50 - £65k per annum dependant on experience and qualifications plus Veolia benefits

What you'll be doing;
- P&L responsibility for retail water business
- Supporting the Head of Department in budgeting and business planning
- Monthly accruals & forecasting
- All Business Development activities for retail water and contract renewals (prospecting, pricing, bidding, presenting)
- Development of bidding materials
- Contract management inc updating standard contract terms and conditions with Legal
- Preparation of regulatory responses and participation in industry forums
- Management of suppliers eg Billing system provider
- Management of interface with Market operators
- Management of Wholesalers - Scottish Water and c 20 England Water Companies
- Annual development of customer tariffs and rates
- Account Management of customers
- Management of retail billing, credit management and customer service activities including approval of c.£8m pa of invoices
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Management and responding to external audits by regulators and market authorities
- Management of meter reading activities
- Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures
- Management of customer service, account management and operations team
- Maintaining and developing retail processes
- Customer comms
What we're looking for;
- Experience of working within a utility provider or customer billing operations
- Experience of managing stakeholders or customers
- Good communication and people skills
- The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level
