We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to assist in the planning, organisation and delivery of the Food and Beverage service, working alongside the Chef Manager & leading the FOH Hospitality team
£12.50 PH
M-F 7.30am – 4pm (1/2 hr unpaid break)
Relationships:
a) Responsible to: The Chef Manager
b) Responsible for: Hospitality service standards
c) Liaison with: The Chef Manager & Operations Manager
Key responsibilities:
· Work alongside the Front of House Manager to deliver an exceptional level of service to our client
· Monitor, & take steps to constantly improve, the service to the hospitality suite.
· Attend weekly meetings with the Chef Manager & FOH Manager to discuss following week’s business levels.
· Be the face of Blue Apple on the client floor, providing a welcoming, friendly and professional service.
· Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in all front of house areas, and in the pantry, at all times.
· Ensure all relevant HACCP paperwork is completed in a timely fashion.
· Coach and develop all service team members.
· Build and maintain relationships with all key stake holders on site – including the Marketing & Events team.
· Support the Chef Manager with weekly bookwork
Place orders for liquor & kitchenette supplies & weekly stock take of these items
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.40-£12.50 per hour
