Job description
We welcome applications for the post of Operations Manager for the Primary Care Dental Service and Cleft Service based at Bristol Dental Hospital. This is a 12-month, part-time fixed term or secondment post; we are looking for a self-motivated and conscientious Manager to join our team.
The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the Primary Care Dental Service and South West Cleft Service, providing effective leadership and guidance to community and hospital-based teams.
The post holder will work with colleagues to ensure needs around building maintenance, service development, staff wellbeing, procurement, recruitment actions, and patient-level activity are actioned as required.
We have a 0.60 WTE vacancy across these services and flexible working will be considered.
