The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local creators in France.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem.
- Understand and review trends in-app and identify content potential and scout rising talent.
- Conduct training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions.
- Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation.
- Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
- Establish policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitor and provide sufficient feedback for LIVE features.
- Work with Team Leader and Cross-functional teams on non-core role projects to introduce improvements and efficiencies in the Creator Management and Partnerships model, to encourage market Revenue growth & Scale acceleration.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Talent/Influencer/Creator management, preferably on a Content Platform
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications
- Work collaboratively and commitment to the team
- Excellent verbal and written language skills, English is required and Arabic is preferred
- Professional, patient and skillful communication
- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills
- Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment
