About the Team
TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) are service providers for TikTok Shop sellers to help sellers manage products, content creation and related TikTok Shop operation. TikTok Shop Partner Development team will be in charge of identifying potential TSPs and helping them to become successful on TikTok Shop with sellers.
Responsibilities
- Establish TikTok as an e-commerce platform of choice for brands through establishing strong relationships with E-com or Ad agencies.
- Establish themselves as the primary liaison and TikTok advocate for their agency partners, especially with key stakeholders. Drive adoption and growth with partners, with a strategic focus on high priority categories and accounts
- Support partners throughout the development process, from identifying opportunities, inputs to strategic brief, through creative consult, production, delivery and ultimately measurement and effectiveness
- Be responsible for TikTok Shop Partners' (TSP) GMV performance and growth by educating and training TSP with short video and live strategy, helping TSP to identify opportunities for growth
- Responsible for the TSP incentive system and activities to encourage TSP's engagement based on TSPs' different development stages, using research, survey and data analysis to further help them improve
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above; 2+ years of experience in project management, merchant acquisition, vendor management, procurement or e-commerce platform partnership development
- Logic, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building; Strong at negotiation and partner development
- Data driven; an analytical thinker and experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions
- Willing to always be on-the-go and be stationed in local merchant/TSP sites
- Excellent ability to solve problems and deal with uncertainties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in the team collaboration and with partners/sellers
- Fluent in English
