We are looking for an ambitious, organised and driven individual to join our team at Therapy Assist.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day to day growth of the business. You will be supporting the director to oversee the management of policy decisions and quality control as well as ensure maximum productivity and efficiency from staff members.
This role is varied and challenging, so being operational and sales minded is essential; as is taking accountability for results.

- Target and KPI driven
- Someone who ensures all targets are achieved whilst actively developing new business opportunities
- Conducting regular reviews of rate strategy for effective yield management
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic approach to maximise opportunities

Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
