We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager with a real passion and interest in the world of food and who can easily interact within a fast-moving commercial environment with a strong social purpose.
You'll be…
- Define supply chain strategy for D2C and Retail.
- Ensuring full supply chain compliance for import/export.
- Set up and Management of supply chain software.
- Manage both the demand and requirements planning and the relationship with the manufacturing partners.
- Define and manage processes for tracking orders, product withdrawal and product recall.
- Manage relationship with our logistics provider, tracking their performance and collaborating on process improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with NPD team and suppliers to support new product launches.
- Reporting on weekly basis and month end close – example reports: KPIs, stock balances etc.
You'll have…
- Experience managing operations with fresh and frozen food.
- Experience working with suppliers in multiple markets (desirable)
- Experience with B Corp Application and achieve certification if a bonus.
- A self-sufficient nature that can ensure smooth supply across all channels and play a key role in helping the business achieve its ambitious growth targets.
- Good numeracy and communication skills.
- Previous experience of hiring and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of logistic supply chain (ideally demand and requirement planning).
- Eye for detail, excellent organisation and time management skill.
Salary: up to £60,000 dependent on experience.
Logistics: Working form the Brixton Office.
