Are you an experienced Field Operations Manager, looking to join an innovative business and make a difference within the energy sector?
My client is seeking a driven leader to organise operations, maintenance, and repair activities for the production and consumer sites, whilst maintaining great relationships with farmers, site operators and customers.
The role will additionally lead to the development of an operational franchise model, whereby processes and structures on site are standardised and repeated worldwide.

Previous field operations experience within gas operations, chemical or offshore processing, monitoring, and managing.
Good understanding of EA, H&S and SAFFO regulations.
People management experience, and a solid level of business acumen, budget control and production/sales target monitoring.
Training and certificates in: DSEAR, SAW, PUWR, COSHH, REACH regulations.
Excellent communication skills, well-organised and possess a passion for protecting the environment with a zero-carbon footprint.
Desirable: IOSS or NEBOSH and experience of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
What does the job involve?
Lead the operations team, to effectively carry out gas processing, customer deliveries and logistics across multiple production and customer sites.
Drive monthly production and sales reports whilst feeding back on operational budgets across sites.
Organise and document maintenance of machinery, conducting audits and developing inspection and maintenance procedures.
Develop training programmes based on standard maintenance and service procedures to roll out across third party service providers.
Work alongside other departments to drive efficiencies and communication.
Demonstrate effective management of project teams, whilst showcasing conscientious and approachable leadership.
Support with people processes, such as inductions, probation, and performance reviews.
Health, Safety and Compliance management.
