Sharp IT Services has an excellent new career opportunity based remotely as an Operations Manager.
In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the Sharp IT Corporate/ Managed Service Solution to the agreed standards and SLA’s for each contract.
You will ensure client satisfaction and retention of these clients and deliver these results through managing the MS delivery teams.
Your mains objectives will be:
Maintaining and Improving Service Delivery Standards
Managing the Team
Supporting New Business Opportunities
Building and Developing Relationship within Sharp IT Services
Maintain Information and Systems
The right person will be:
Actively driving personal development plans with line managers and taking responsibility for carrying out and implementing the learning.
Experience of managing service delivery to an agreed standard.
Well-developed people management skills.
An understanding of the technology sector and some appreciation of technical solutions (good technical knowledge would be an advantage but not mandatory).
