Job Description


Reporting directly to the EMEA Enterprise & Field Marketing VP and dotted line into the Global Enterprise & Field Marketing Operations VP, this is a critical role to accelerate our ability to scale and drive growth.

  • Bi-directional communication between EFM Operations and EMEA Field Marketing teams. Represent EMEA as part of the EFM Operations leadership team. Represent EFM Operations as part of the EMEA Field Marketing team.

  • Best practice sharing and adoption both internal best practices and 3rd party best practices. Leverage best practices to improve productivity of EMEA marketing team and ROI on OPEX spend.

  • Drive local rollout of planning & budgeting process - coordination of regional planning, drive alignment meetings with sales and tele-marketing, manage regional budget and follow procurement protocols, manages budget transfers

  • Drive alignment between marketing, tele-marketing and Sales – maintain cadence and drive SLAs between marketing & tele-marketing functions, provide input into waterfall model, provide input into lead/demand unit scoring thresholds, identify factors that maybe impacting local pipeline results

  • Act as local representative of data team - participate in global governance council, follow compliance procedures & processes, provide input into segmentation planning

  • Provide local needs in technology roadmap development - champion local tech investments to ensure alignment with established roadmap, assist in driving technology awareness and adoption within regions

  • Be the local focal point for regional dashboarding and reporting needs - ensure local measurement requirements are built into dashboards, conduct adhoc regional reporting and analysis, drive up utilization of (source of truth) dashboards, build business review slides articulating insights and actions

  • Provide regional insights for business process improvement - provide regional insights and recommendations for global business process improvement initiatives, champion process improvement locally to optimize collaboration, predictability and visibility of each initiative


Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions

  • Global marketing experience with depth of experience in EMEA, ideally a breadth of functional marketing experience

  • Provide regional insights and recommendations for global business process improvement initiatives

  • Champion process improvement locally to optimize collaboration, predictability and visibility of each initiative

  • Demonstrated experience working with across marketing functions, collaboratively with sales and sales operations.

  • In-depth understanding of (data warehousing), predictive data models, marketing funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies.

  • Depth of experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups and more). Understanding and experience of Allocadia, Tableau and Powerpoint are required. Experience with other productivity tools such as SmartSheets, marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM (Dynamics CRM) and PowerBI solutions is preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.

  • Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems.

  • A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.
