We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing staff, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring that all operational goals are met. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of an Apprenticeship Training Provider business operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Analyse and report on operational data.
- Manage staff and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Proactively create, implement and monitor the sales and marketing plan
- Proactively create, implement and monitor employer engagement activity
- Proactively lead the Employer Engagement Team to generate starts profile
- Proactively lead marketing activities to increase Semester’s “visibility”
- Proactively lead on increasing employer base
- Proactively lead on employer engagement to improve understanding and retention
- Proactively monitor sales performance
- Proactively moderate performance against KPI’s
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,000.00 per year
