Due to growth here at Restore, we have a new, exciting and permanent opportunity for someone who is looking for not just “a job” but a career as an Operations Manager. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all aspects of the day-to-day running of the operations are carried out safely and efficient, in line with Restore Company procedures, while providing a professional and efficient service to our clients. This includes processing of equipment and sanitisation/destruction of data for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and ensure all health and safety procedures are implemented effectively and maintained to the highest possible standards and be a role model for effective and positive leadership that is results driven and future orientated
Effectively manage all aspects of the operation, ensuring all services to the client are met and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement is adopted
Monitor output of activity to ensure colleagues achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness
Ensure that all site equipment is operated and maintained according to Company procedures / manufacturer’s recommendations and those records are maintained on site
Ensure resource planning and project allocation is managed effectively ensuring collaboration with Sales colleagues

ABOUT YOU

Hold a business/project management qualification or be educated to that level
Experience of working at management level in a similar role
Ability to meet deadlines planning and prioritising skills
Experience in utilising technology and tools to optimize and automate the outbound sales process
Excellent organisational skills
Problem-solving, ability to identify and manage complex or sensitive problems coordinating appropriate responses
