This role provides a comprehensive high quality administration support across the three key areas of the CCE Teams workflow. These are Learning Workforce, Learning Quality and Learning Placements.

- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team including clinicians.
- Act as a first point of contact for queries relating to the three workstreams of the CCE Team ensuring accurate and timely responses this includes effective and efficient maintenance of several email inboxes.
- Act as Trust representative at meetings as requested and appropriate for the level of the role.
- Support the senior administrators and team leads in projects within the service area as required
- Assist in the production of the team communication
- Liaise with the digital learning team and other teams within the education centre, and the wider Trust.
- Liaise with Simulation Lead and Human Factors Lead
- Supporting financial tasks for example, ordering, and maintaining stock, checking, and processing travel expenses, keeping accurate records, and participating in audits and budget planning as directed.
- Support undergraduate coordinators with administration and organisation of placements
- Responsible for organising meetings for the department
- Collate, monitor, and report on teaching observation data
- Ensure that all mandatory training is up to date and participate in relevant training as required.
- To undertake NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration if not already qualified this will be supported through the apprentice levy.
- Other general administration duties including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, book meetings & seminar rooms, set-up AV equipment, send out all relevant information to students, course participants and clinical teachers.
