The Role:
Solving logistical challenges to meet our business service levels both independently and as part of the team. You’ll have a network of colleagues and our 24-Hour Control Room to provide support, guidance, and reassurance.
Ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of all incidents following attendance to client locations, and escalation to our dedicated control room and SLT.
Performing on-site welfare checks on static officers in the field. Maintaining high standards by challenging behaviours, sharing examples of best operating practices, supporting with the delivery of uniform and PPE, and communicating the needs of colleagues through in-person questionnaires.
Informing the evolution of operating practices, escalating changes in the field environment that inform thorough and regular documentation amendment.
Liaising with control room team with resourcing planned events, reactive and ad hoc requests.
Visit sites across the region minimum of 10 sites a week to conduct routine welfare visits for all staff throughout the area of responsibility.
Communicating and building relationships with a range of stakeholders including business clients, members of the public, and emergency services.
To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by line manager.

Requirements and Skills:
Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities
Excellent communication and awareness skills
Experience in working in a similar role
Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
Good numerical, interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Minimum of 2 years driving experience and over the age of 25 (Manual)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
SIA licence
