Assistant Operations Manager
Lochside House Hotel
Full-Time
We’re looking for an all rounded Assistant Operations Manager to support the effective operation of Lochside House Hotel, Lodges and Spa by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, our Assistant Operations Manager will be involved in all aspects of the hotel. You will need to be an effective communicator, a hands on and approachable leadership style and a passion for delivering a first class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and be able to implement and support company standards. Your time will be spent in all departments including restaurant, wedding, conferences, reception and all other events. You will also be involved in working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and night teams.
What you’ll need.
- Previous management experience in hotel or similar environment
- Keep up to date with currents industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and extremely customer focused
- Hands on approach
