Who are PVF?
PVF is a project management service based out of North Devon delivering 1000's of successful projects throughout the UK every month. We operate an impressive network of contractors to help us deliver projects nationally, on time and safely. We work for a wide range of clients from local builders to household names. We achieve this from harnessing the latest technology and our collaborative approach.
What is the role?
Due to continued expansion and an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join our ever growing team as an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a breadth of management experience and use these learnings to lead the Regional team to continued successes. Whatever your career background is we are seeking someone who is driven, has the skills but is still hungry to learn and grow as we step into this next round of expansion.
You'll lead a team of 10+ throughout their day to day duties of delivering our projects nationally. Despite the reach being National this is an office based role.
The role will be demanding but rewarding and we have enjoyed continued success and expansion over the near 10 years we have been operating. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and have a want to deliver an exceptional service for our clients and Network Partners alike. We work hard but support each other and through our Success program we'll ensure you can be the best you can be from both internal and external courses.
