Job description

We are looking for an Admin Officer to join our team on a flexible working arrangement. Working closely with the Chair and Operations Manager to deliver high-quality services to our clients and community of education advisers across the UK and abroad. It would be advantageous if you have experience of working in the education sector.

Job role:

- Support with our associate and senior associate accreditation process.

- Manage all enquiries and queries from applicants.

- Keep planning schedules up to date for the operations and development team.

- Collate reporting information for clients and development team meetings.

- Organising meetings, distributing papers, and other relevant documentation as required.

- Support operations manager with other administrative tasks as required.

Essential Experience

- Graduate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- A high level of attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

- Effective personal organisation skills

- An inclusive and collaborative approach

- Good IT skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom)

Desirable Experience

- Experience in taking minutes of meetings

Further Information

This role is for maternity cover and due to end at the end of March 2024 although a review will be made in early 2024 should any other opportunities arise. Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.

This role is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, through a hybrid arrangement in the office and from home.
