Job description
Are you a skilled Operations Supervisor with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Pulse Final Mile. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating operations and ensuring seamless delivery experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of communication between carriers, customers, clients, and retail partners.
- Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams and drivers adhere to procedures outlined by client SOW (Scope of Work).
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of carriers.
- Foster and maintain strong relations with carriers and clients alike.
- Ensure prompt resolution of shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims.
- Interface with end customers to guarantee effective in-home delivery experiences.
- Prepare and maintain monthly operating reports, including relevant statistics and customer service scores.
The ideal candidate for this fast-paced role is innovative, goal-oriented, and capable of working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to execute operations efficiently. A strong sense of urgency, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, is essential to excel in this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
