About The Role
You will be managing the operations team, consisting of coordinators, receptionists, drivers and other non-clinical staff. You will ensure that the teams are performing efficiently, conducting regular appraisals, training and relevant recruitment as and when required.
Shift pattern flexibility will be required according to the needs of the services.
