ORIDA Hotel Maidstone is located off the M20, less than 10 minutes from central Maidstone. The motorway also provides links to Dover and the Channel Tunnel. There is also a business and conference centre to host business meetings and events for up to 120 people.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for keeping our hotel running smoothly day to day, making sure our guests are safe and comfortable and that everything is running as it should and executing standards.
You will also be expected to deputise in the absence of the hotel cluster manager.
You must be a hands on manager with strong food and beverage experience to support our food and beverage outlets and events. You will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, maximising revenues and developing our people to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years hotel management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
