Job description
We are looking for an Operations Manager able to start at short notice to join our time and take ownership of a number of services we deliver to patients in Lewisham. In this role, you will work alongside another Operations Manager and under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, to ensure that services are fully staffed, rotas are in place, clinical rooms availability and standards are maintained. You will line manage a number of administrators dedicated to a specific service, and you will be responsible for supporting them, providing coaching, mentoring and support throughout their employment cycle, and ensure that their performance is in line with the wider organisational goals, objectives, and KPIs.

OHL was established to help provide a range of primary and community care services to residents as well as several ‘at scale services’ for practices.

- ensure primary care was represented amongst commissioners and stakeholders
- to strengthen clinical governance and improve the quality and safety of services
- efficiencies of scale and scope, for example in back-office functions or the procurement of practice services
- strengthen capacity to deliver services
- to develop training and education capacity
- improve local integration across practices and other providers, whilst supporting personalised care
- shared responsibility for development and delivery of high-quality patient-focused services.
Job summary:
Responsible for all aspects of performance, service improvement and operational management with clients. Also responsible for integrated governance ensuring that projects are managed effectively within budget.
