Role: Operations Manager, people and process manager
Location: Sidcup
Salary: £40,000 per annum + (competitive depending on experience)
Hours: 42.5hrs per week

Our services allow people to remain in their homes, this helps prevent extended hospital stays, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most.
The Role:
- Strong operations management experience and knowledge to effectively operate the depot.
- 5 years+ people management experience
- Depot management experience
- Experience of staff planning and development
- Role model the NRS values and leading by example.
- Create a culture of highly engaged colleagues who are passionate about the business and achieving success.
- The ability to manage and develop KPI performance measures and targets.
- Proven planning and organisational ability
- High level of IT literacy including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions that improve the depot and business.
- Support the team to translate business strategy into operational delivery.
- Providing challenge and support to define the operational improvement strategy and leading my team to land change with clear, tangible deliverables.
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement where our colleagues feel empowered to innovate, implement change and challenge.
- Set clear individual performance objectives with the team.
- Create an inclusive culture for all colleagues where everyone is welcome.
- Ensure training is adhered to and delivered to improve knowledge and development to provide a quality service and deliver expectations.
