Job description
The role will require you to work as part of a senior operational team, working closely with clinicians to describe and implement improvements needed. The post holder is required to: Take a lead role in the design and delivery of transformation and improvement programmes within operations e.g. Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment redesign, community mental health needs led pathway offer, support interdependencies and synergies between urgent and emergency care programme and community transformation. Ensure that outputs and benefits defined within the overall Programme and Project scope are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard of quality.
Help in the development of Project / Programme business cases. Provide highlight reports to various project groups as needed. Develop, mobilise and review project delivery plans. Ensure clinical, quality and operational colleagues are working closely together to define and deliver the change.
