This post holder will be responsible for the operational management of all aspects of the PPU and across all sites in which the division runs services.
The post holder will work with senior clinical leaders and managers to drive and deliver excellent management leadership, support and capacity. They will ensure that effective management and delivery underpins the leadership of the services they manage and that the deputy director, clinical operations (DDCO) is supported to ensure that leadership decisions are translated into delivery of world class services.
The operations manager will work in partnership with the deputy director of clinical operations to ensure the full engagement of all staff in the division in the delivery of the PPU strategy.
