Position:Operations Manager - Field-Based
Location: London/Surrey
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000+ Bonus(paid out quarterly)
Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in hospitality operations? Megan's Restaurants is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Surrey area locations. Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Drive financial success by managing P&L, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve bottom-line results.
- Develop and execute training and development plans for managers, fostering growth and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Support Office and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Successfully open new restaurant locations and ensure seamless integration into Megan's team.
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in hospitality operations management.
- Full-service restaurant background with a focus on fast-paced environments.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and exceed expectations.
- Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Passion for food, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
